Therapy room to rent within a beautiful Yoga and Therapy Centre in Epping. The centre is very close to a large shopping centre/plaza and has good parking available, plus its the only dedicated Yoga/Pilates studio in the area.
The room would be available for use Monday - Sunday 9am - 9pm. We are quite open to the type of therapy offered but it must fit in with the Northern Yoga vision and values. We would especially like to hear from qualified remedial massage therapists as this is a service we used to offer until our resident massage therapist unfortunately had to leave a couple of months ago. Rent is $607 per calendar month, your first week is free to help you get started.
The centre has a steady flow of clients and we would offer your services exposure in our Reception, on our Website and Facebook page. Rent includes use of our waiting/tea area, toilets, laundry, heating and cooling, electricity and water (filtered). Plus all of the classes offered at the centre for free!
